5. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Subscription and Billing

6.1 Free Trial

• New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial
• One trial per person/organization
• Trial abuse (creating multiple accounts) will result in termination
• No credit card required for trial

6.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

6.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Access continues until the end of the paid period

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service excessively
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service
• Input any patient data, PHI, or confidential information into the chat

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DENTIBOT AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
• Any decisions or actions taken based on information from the Service
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service in the past 12 months

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by DentiBot AI and protected by intellectual property laws. "Denticon" and "Planet DDS" are trademarks of their respective owners.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Discontinue the Service with reasonable notice

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
